Enterprise Asset Management at your service

An enterprise asset is any resource that a business owns or controls and that has economic value, such as equipment, machinery, real estate, vehicles, technology, intellectual property, and financial assets. These assets are critical to a business’s operations and are typically managed to ensure that they are utilized efficiently, maintained properly, and provide value to the organization over their lifecycle. a3m is an effective management of enterprise energy related assets and is essential for optimizing their performance, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
a3m is fully integrated into e3m and uses the collected data to monitor the energy asset and equipment. Works orders can be created orders manually in a very simple way or automatically according to predefine conditions and tests. as a3m is fully web based, the information are easy to access internally but also if required for external companies and sub contractors.
With this cost transparency, the savings potential becomes tangible, which allows operating costs to be optimized and reduced without reducing the quality of service.

The perfect mapping of your processes

a3m can generate different order types as follows:

Workflow 1 – Generate work order from alarm

From an alarm of the energy management, a work order can be created directly, on which the corresponding tasks can be processed, the own and external services as well as supplementary documents can be stored.

Workflow 2 – Spontaneous work order

In order to carry out an unplanned repair or maintenance on an infrastructure object, a spontaneous work order can be created. Budget data, tasks, own and external services as well as supplementary documents can also be stored on the work order.

Workflow 3 – Scheduled maintenance order

In order to carry out automatically recurring maintenance, e.g. maintenance work based on a meter interval from energy management, on an infrastructure object, a maintenance order can be created. Budget data, tasks, own and external services as well as supplementary documents can also be stored on the work order.

Workflow 4 – Standing work order

With a standing work order, a kind of container is created to map permanent work on an infrastructure object. Own and external services, documentation of the executed services, as
well as supplementary documents can be assigned to the work order.

These are just classical examples and any kind of work orders can be elaborated providing detailed information about the tasks that need to be performed, including the scope of work, required resources, timelines, and any other relevant information, to ensure that the work is completed efficiently and effectively.
